including C, PHP, and SQL. However, I also have sufficient experience in C++, Perl, Visual Basic, Ada and Java that I can debug, patch, and QA such code, and I am currently experimenting with Google Go.

includes security auditing, developing specialized testing suites, and creating procedures and policy documents.

includes using tools to pre‐format data for batch input, and designing and building databases to accept and retrieve input data.
Data Recovery/Data Analysis
including forensic preservation and secure information destruction. Includes familiarity with the best available hardware, software and mechanical tools and processes and published documentation, and with legislation and best‐practices on data retention/destruction.
Troubleshooting/Repairs
(hardware and software) as the first point of contact. Includes giving over‐the‐phone, face‐to‐face, and written instructions, as well as hardware replacement and emergency data recovery.
Server Administration
includes Microsoft Windows, Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Red Hat) and UNIX (IRIX) OSes and web, mail, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, VOIP, fileserver and tunneling services, and general networking. No difficulty with command‐line interfaces or common configuration file formats.
