Privacy Policy

Tim WILSON has agreed to opt‐in to comply with the national Privacy Act (1998).

You are only asked to, and only should, provide your personal information that
is needed, in order for Tim to provide any service that you have asked for.

Generally, this will be only a name, and some kind of contact information
(typically an email address, telephone number, or postal address), which is
used only to contact you in respect of the purpose it was collected for.

You can, at any time, ask Tim:

Other than for this procedure, only Tim has access to any personal information.

Expiry

Records will typically be archived indefinitely. However, the records will be
marked as expired before archival, and the personal information in those
records will not be used after they are marked as expired (unless new
information causes them to become active again). Records are typically archived
between three months and one year after the last date of activity; and not more
than three years after the last date of activity.

A number of privacy technologies are supported by this website.

“Cookies”

“Cookies” are a common name for a way for web browsers to save and re‐send
information between one web request and a future web request.

“Cookies” can be used to invade your privacy. They can also be required for
some features; and in some such cases, they may improve your privacy.

“Cookies” are not required on this website, and are not set by default. They
are used only to remember your settings, and you can choose whether or not to

“Cookies” used by this website are "transparent"; they do not identify any
information stored elsewhere.

Do Not Track Header

The Do Not Track header is a method of telling websites that you do not wish
for them to track your website usage.

This website obeys any Do Not Track headers it receives.

Referer Header

The Referer header is a method of referring the current web request to a
following web request.

This is not always an invasion of privacy. However, it can be an invasion of
privacy, depending on how it is used.

This website does not use the Referer Header to compromise privacy. This
website will work regardless of whether the Referer Header is sent.
