Tim is an expert on accessibility for websites and new media. This website is primarily a venue for publishing accessibility‐related information and tools, and also as a showcase for accessible website design.
Tim offers consulting services for organisations who need to assess or improve the accessibility of their products or services, including liaising with platform providers and other third‐party vendors.

Tim provides accessibility auditing services that will identify issues that are barriers to accessibility, at any stage of the website design or even after completion.
These services are ideal for anyone who has a fully capable development team, but wants an independent external review, either due to policy, or as a best‐practice measure.
Additionally, Tim provides a free preliminary accessibility auditing report upon request, for any website. Unless otherwise specified, the report will assess the accessibility of the website against the standards consistent with the Disability Discrimination Act (1992). These standards include:
As per the recommendation of his professional membership, Tim aims to provide Pro Bono services (i.e. at no cost) to qualifying private individuals and not‐for‐profit organisations, equal to about 5% of billable hours per year. Typically, this will be equal to one project. However, the target of 5% is a minimum, and under some circumstances Tim may be able to offer more.
